Welcome to the Social Care Employers Consortium

The Social Care Employers Consortium is a group of voluntary and not-for-profit sector employers who have joined together to improve the recruitment, retention and development of social care staff.

The group is made up of over 70 employers ranging from small care providing charities to the biggest voluntary sector employers including Barnardo's, Mencap and Leonard Cheshire. All aspects of social care are covered; children adults, learning disability and physical disability.

The one thing we all have in common is wanting a better deal for our social care staff.
